Why I look the house over first
I grew up hauling insulation bags into attics for my dad, and the first thing he taught me was to look the house over before anything goes in. I started our own business here in Twin Falls in 2021, and that habit is still what we're best known for. Most of our calls come from homeowners with a cold room, a drafty older house or a damp crawl space, and some come from small business owners with a building or a roof to insulate.
What I care about most is that your house is safe and sound when we leave, not just warmer. I come out and see your house myself
I look at your attic, walls or crawl space in person and write the estimate myself, so the plan fits what's actually there and not a guess over the phone. Our crew does the install with a lead installer on site who knows what you and I talked about.
We tell you what needs fixing first
We check for water, old insulation that's soaked or full of droppings, and how your gas appliances vent, because new insulation over those problems just hides them. We tell you plainly before work starts, and if we're not sure a job needs a permit, we check with that city's building office first.
You pick from real options
We lay out foam and blown-in, the loose fill blown through a hose, side by side, along with walls or floor, so you can pick what fits your house and your budget. If a leak is simple enough to seal yourself, we'll show you how instead of selling you a crew for it.
