Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any work you hire A&C Twin Falls Spray Foam Insulation to do. When we say "we", "us" or "our crew", we mean A&C Twin Falls Spray Foam Insulation. When we say "you", we mean the person using the site or hiring us for a job.

If you use the site, ask for an estimate or schedule work with us, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site, and call us before booking so we can talk it through.

What we do

We're an insulation contractor in Twin Falls, ID, and we work on homes and commercial buildings in Twin Falls and the cities around it. Our work includes spray foam, blown-in and batt insulation, insulation removal, air sealing, crawl space and basement insulation, and vapor barriers. You can see the full list of services on our home page and learn more about how we work on our about page.

The information on this site is general and meant to help you understand the work. It isn't advice for your specific house, because every attic, wall and crawl space is different. We give advice for your job only after we've seen it in person.

Estimates and pricing

Our estimates are free, done in person and obligation-free. An estimate is based on what we can see and reach during the visit, so it covers the areas, materials and work it lists and nothing else.

Sometimes we only find a problem once the job is open, like insulation that was soaked or full of droppings, hidden damage or gaps we couldn't reach before. If that changes the work or the price, we'll stop and explain it to you before doing anything extra. We won't charge for added work you haven't approved.

Prices on an estimate hold for the time written on it. After that, material and labor costs can change, and we may need to update the price before we schedule.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll set a work date with you and tell you how long the crew expects to be there. Weather, material deliveries and what we find on site can shift that date, and if it moves, we'll let you know as soon as we can.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas and to clear stored items from the attic, crawl space or rooms we need to get into, unless we've agreed to do that for you. On spray foam jobs, you agree to keep people and pets out of the house until we tell you it's safe to come back, because the foam maker sets that waiting time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (208) 544-9023 as early as you can. If we've already ordered special materials or arrived on site, we may charge for those costs, and we'll tell you what they are.

Payment

Your written estimate or contract sets out what you'll pay and when. Unless it says otherwise, payment is due when the work is finished.

If a payment is late, we may pause any unfinished work until it's settled. You're responsible for reasonable costs we take on to collect an unpaid balance, as far as Idaho law allows.

Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover

Satisfaction is guaranteed on every job. If something about our work isn't right, call us and we'll come back to look at it and make it right.

Our guarantee covers our workmanship. It doesn't cover damage from things outside our control, like roof leaks, plumbing leaks, pests, storms, changes other people make after we leave or problems in the house that were there before we started. Materials carry their own maker's warranty, and we'll pass along that information when it applies.

We don't promise a specific drop in your power bill or a specific indoor temperature, because those depend on your house, how you use it and the weather. Beyond what's written here and in your contract, the website and our work are provided without other warranties, as far as the law allows.

Limits on our liability

We're fully licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work. Even so, as far as Idaho law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

We aren't liable for indirect losses, like lost use of a room, lost income or costs from a delay, unless the law says otherwise. We also aren't responsible for how you use the general information on this site.

Settling a disagreement

If you're unhappy with anything, call us first. Most problems get fixed with a conversation and a return visit, and we'd much rather sort it out with you directly.

If we can't settle it that way, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court. If that doesn't work, either of us can take the matter to a court in Twin Falls County, Idaho.

Idaho law applies

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the new version applies from the day we post it here. Work you've already signed for stays under the terms in your contract.

If you have a question about any of this, reach us through our contact page or call (208) 544-9023.
